By booking ATELIER, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions below:
⚫ All bookings are subject to availability and must be reconfirmed via telephone call or direct social media messages and once the deposit is paid.
⚫ Client must pay upfront, before the shoot and clear the outstanding balance upon finishing their session. For additional hours payment for equipment / breakages, etc. will be billed accordingly after the session. Full payment applies even if the booking session ends earlier than the booked time.
⚫ We might require a valid passport/driving license/National ID on arrival for security reasons. We might need to make a copy of it for our records if necessary and will return the original documents.
⚫ Booking time includes setup and breakdown.
⚫ The client may not without the written consent of ATELIER; remove the equipment from the studio premises; modify or alter or tamper with the equipment in any way; use the equipment in a manner not recommended by the manufacturer; nor allow the equipment to be used by any untrained or unauthorized personnel.
⚫ Copyright - By Law content creators always own copyright to creative work produced. Usage rights may be granted to clients or 3rd parties depending on agreement. ATELIER Studios may request usage of images taken by clients for use as examples of shoots taking place in our studio, or take behind the scenes images but this will always be by prior agreement.
⚫ It is your responsibility to return the studio to its original condition before the end of your session.
⚫ You will be responsible for any breakages, loss or damage to equipment and/or the studio during your booking period. All costs incurred will be charged with the full amount. All equipment used must be returned promptly at the end of the session in the original condition, and the client is liable for FULL replacement cost for any missing or damaged equipment.
⚫ Please notify us of any cancellations as soon as possible. A no show for the session will result in zero refund and the booking will be cancelled automatically. Cancellations made less than 2 day, will result a zero refund. Re-bookings can me made with prior notice.
⚫ Minors: The client must ensure that all persons under the age of 16-18 have parents’ or guardian’s permission to be at the studio, for the purposes of the photography or filming, during the period of studio hire.
⚫ Termination: ATELIER may terminate any bookings if the client shall be in breach of any of the Terms and Conditions.
⚫ Rates are calculated by the hour (2 hours minimum hire***).
⚫ Booking is only confirmed, once the deposit of a minimum 1000TK is paid prior to the shoot. Deposit is non-refundable. This deposit will guarantee your booking and you can pay the outstanding, upon completing your session.
⚫ Session can be extended if required. 500tk is applicable for every additional hour after your booked initial session. A maximum of 2Hrs can be topped up. Over 2 Hrs will be charged as regular weekdays or weekend price of 2-4-6-8 Hrs
